National Day of Encouragement 9/12: DaySpring Announces “The Great Card Giveaway”
DaySpring to Give Away HALF A MILLION Encouragement Cards - FREE
SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark., Sept. 8, 2010— In honor of Sept. 12's National Day of Encouragement, DaySpring® is giving away 500,000 cards through Christian stores across the country. The FREE card was designed specifically for the National Day of Encouragement with the message "In this great big world, YOU make a difference."
"Encouragement is in the DNA of all people, both in our ability to encourage and our personal need for it," said DaySpring's Great Card Giveaway spokesman Max Lucado. "The National Day of Encouragement is a day specifically set aside to bring loving affirmation to those around us."
DaySpring, the world's largest Christian-message product provider, is a natural fit for the National Day of Encouragement. "Hope and encouragement are at the heart of DaySpring's mission," said DaySpring President James Barnett. "It is amazing the difference a word of encouragement can make in a person's life, and yet people so rarely take the time to tell others what they really mean to them. A card is a great way to do just that."
