A Walk Through the Library: Intro Theater
The Intro Theater provides guests with a brief look at Billy Graham's worldwide reach since beginning his ministry in the 1940s. Standing in front of a large video projection screen, up to 25 guests at a time will watch a six-minute video overview of what is to come in the rooms ahead.
The video shows diverse audiences influenced by Mr. Graham's more than 60 years of public ministry around the world including: South Korea, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, China, South Africa, and Madison Square Garden. Guests will also learn how Graham's sphere of influence extended beyond the pulpit.
Guests are shown footage of him meeting with international figures such as Queen Elizabeth and counseling presidents including Lyndon B. Johnson, Harry S. Truman, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, and George H.W. Bush. This informative video sheds light on Billy Graham's influence as a minister to millions throughout his lifetime. Whether comforting victims of tragedy in India and soldiers in war-torn Vietnam or speaking at the memorial services after the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States, Billy Graham has been known as more than just an evangelist.
As the video ends, the audience is invited to experience the full self-guided Library tour to learn how Billy Graham lived his life and became an "Evangelist to the World."
