Graham Festival Begins Friday in Charleston

WHAT:   
Lowcountry Franklin Graham Festival represents the combined efforts of 330 area churches working in partnership with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.  Franklin Graham will lead the three-day event.  The festival is open to the public and free of charge - no tickets are required.

WHEN:   
Friday, Sept. 19, 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 20, 10:00 a.m. ("Extreme Kidz - LIVE")    

Saturday, Sept. 20, 7:00 p.m.     

Sunday, Sept. 21, 4:00 p.m.        

(Doors open 90 minutes before each event begins.)

North Charleston Coliseum

In addition to messages from Franklin Graham, events will feature music by award-winning artists:

• Friday Evening: Israel Houghton & New Breed and TobyMac
• Saturday Morning: "Extreme Kidz - LIVE" with God Rocks, Dennis Lee & Friends
• Saturday Evening: Student Night with musical guests Newsboys and Group 1 Crew            
• Sunday Afternoon: Musical guests Casting Crowns and Kirk Franklin

MEDIA COVERAGE INFORMATION:

• Media check-in will be located at the east entrance of the North Charleston Coliseum.  Media check-in opens 90 minutes before each event begins.
• Media credentials can be obtained by presenting company identification at the media check-in table.
• Working area for media will be located on the floor of the North Charleston Coliseum.  High-speed wireless Internet access and an audio multbox will be available.
